500.3723 Applicability of chapter; date of health benefit plan.

Sec. 3723.

    This chapter applies to a health benefit plan for a small employer that is delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, or continued in this state after January 22, 2004. For purposes of this section, the date a health benefit plan is continued is the first rating period that begins after January 22, 2004.
