Occupations; pharmacists; sale or distribution by pharmacist of prescription information to pharmaceutical manufacturer, distributor, or other person; prohibit without customer's written, informed consent and require confidentiality and privacy when pharmacist is discussing prescription information with the patient. Amends sec. 17752 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.17752).
