continuing education, and prohibit neonatal and pediatric surgical procedures on certain patients without anesthesia.
Amends secs. 16204, 16204a, 16221 & 16226 of Act 368 of 1978 (MCL 333.16204 et seq.) & adds secs. 17017, 17018, 17517 & 17518.
