MCL 436.1513

BRIEF RATIONALE

According to testimony, the Macomb Community College event spaces described above are frequently used for internal and external events, such as the Michigan Defense Exposition, the Winter Celebration at Macomb Community College, and the annual trustee reception. Other centers on the College s campus have held liquor licenses with success, and so it has been suggested that these event spaces also have the option to obtain a liquor license for events.
