The Senate kept FY 2023-24 boilerplate with minor technical changes, and kept language pertaining to program goals and metrics, language providing guidelines for the eliminating veteran homelessness grants, guidelines for Selfridge Air National Guard Air Base upgrades, and rejected new Governor-proposed language that would allow realignment of non-GF/GP funding by Michigan Veterans' Facility Authority without action by the legislature. |
