House Bill No. 5912, entitled

A bill to amend 1982 PA 415, entitled “Correctional officers’ training act of 1982,” by amending sections 2, 9, 12, 13, 15, and 15a (MCL 791.502, 791.509, 791.512, 791.513, 791.515, and 791.515a), sections 2 and 15 as amended by 2003 PA 121, section 12 as amended and section 15a as added by 2012 PA 526, and section 13 as amended by 1989 PA 4; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.

The bill was read a first time by its title and referred to the Committee on Criminal Justice.
