ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4735

AN ACT to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled “An act to consolidate prior acts naming certain Michigan highways; to provide for the naming of certain highways; to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department; and to repeal acts and parts of acts and certain resolutions,” (MCL 250.1001 to 250.2092) by adding section 103.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 103. (1) The portion of highway US-127 in Clinton County beginning at the intersection of highway
US-127 and Wildcat Road and extending north to the intersection of highway US-127 and Livingston Road shall be known as the “PFC Ronald James Fitch Memorial Highway”.

(2) The portion of highway M-50 in Eaton County beginning at the intersection of highway M-50 and highway I-69 and extending west to the intersection of highway M-50 and Courthouse Drive shall be known as the “Ensign Francis Flaherty Memorial Highway”.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
