Senator Hertel introduced

Senate Bill No. 1163, entitled

A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 537a (MCL 436.1537a), as amended by 2021 PA 64.

The bill was read a first and second time by title and referred to the Committee on Regulatory Reform.

 

 

Senator Bumstead introduced

Senate Bill No. 1164, entitled

A bill to amend 1846 RS 126, entitled “Of the lien of mechanics and others,” by amending section 37 (MCL 570.187) and by adding section 37a.

The bill was read a first and second time by title and referred to the Committee on Agriculture.

 

 

Senator Barrett introduced

Senate Bill No. 1165, entitled

A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending section 803i (MCL 257.803i), as amended by 2022 PA 143.

The bill was read a first and second time by title and referred to the Committee on Transportation
