A bill to amend 1974 PA 154, entitled

"Michigan occupational safety and health act,"

(MCL 408.1001 to 408.1094) by adding section 32.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 32. Not later than 24 hours after the department petitions a circuit court under section 31(3), the department shall submit a written notice to the clerk of the house of representatives and the secretary of the senate that includes, at a minimum, the details of the department's petition.
