CONTENT

The bill would amend the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act to require a licensee to transmit to the Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) and a municipality financial statements of the licensee's total operations every three years, or a shorter period as determined by the MRA, instead of no later than 30 days after the end of each State fiscal year, as is currently required under the Act.
