A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled

"The management and budget act,"

(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 262a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 262a. The department and all state agencies that the department has delegated its procurement authority under this act shall publicly announce all procurement contract awards within 48 hours of awarding the contract. The department or the state agency that the department has delegated its procurement authority shall make available on its internet website at no cost to the user all of the following information regarding the procurement contract award:

(a) The name of the vendor that was awarded the procurement contract.

(b) The total dollar amount of the procurement contract award.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 100th Legislature are enacted into law:

(a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4956 (request no. 01138'19 *).

(b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4954 (request no. 03477'19).
