CONTENT

The bill would amend the Public Health Code to require the Department of Health and Human Services, beginning November 1, 2020, and by November 1 each year thereafter to send a notification to each ambulance operation that would be assessed the quality assurance assessment during the year in which the notification was sent.

FISCAL IMPACT

The bill would have a minor negative fiscal impact on the Department of Health and Human Services resulting from an increase in administrative costs and no fiscal impact on local units of government.
