ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 182
AN ACT to amend 2012 PA 487, entitled An act to provide for indemnification for livestock killed, injured, or lost as a result of certain wildlife; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state agencies and officials, by amending section 2 (MCL 285.362).
The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Sec. 2. As used in this act:
(a) Commission means the commission of agriculture and rural development.
(b) Department means the department of agriculture and rural development.
(c) Livestock means that term as it is defined in section 3 of the animal industry act, 1988 PA 466, MCL 287.703.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 174 of the 100th Legislature is enacted into law.

act is ordered to take immediate effect.
