ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5769

AN ACT to repeal 1956 PA 181, entitled “An act to authorize the department of social welfare to acquire options on a site for and to purchase, subject to the approval of the state administrative board, a site for a boys’ vocational school; to authorize planning for site utilization and the preparation of plans; to make appropriations therefor and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts,” (MCL 803.211 to 803.215).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1956 PA 181, MCL 803.211 to 803.215, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
