SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4168

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 1079a.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 1079a. The portion of highway M-71 between the eastern

city limit of the city of Owosso and the western city limit of the

city of Corunna shall be known as the "PFC Shane Cantu Veterans

Memorial Highway".

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date it is enacted into law.
