SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4828

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 11b.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 11b. The ramp from westbound highway I-696 to southbound

highway I-275 in the city of Farmington Hills shall be known as the

"Trooper Vicki Moreau DeVries Memorial Highway".

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date it is enacted into law.
