ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5182
AN ACT to amend 1893 PA 116, entitled “An act to provide for the maintenance, management and control, of the Michigan school for the deaf, and to repeal all laws inconsistent herewith,” by amending section 1 (MCL 393.51).
The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Sec. 1. This state shall continue to maintain the institution located at Flint for educating the deaf, which shall be known as the Michigan school for the deaf.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.
This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
