A bill to repeal 1959 PA 186, entitled
"An act to regulate the use of certain spring, gas or air operated
handguns and to provide a penalty for violation of this act,"
(MCL 752.891 to 752.892).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. 1959 PA 186, MCL 752.891 to 752.892, is
repealed effective 90 days after the effective date of this
amendatory act.
