     A bill to amend 1893 PA 116, entitled

 

"An act to provide for the maintenance, management and control, of

the Michigan school for the deaf, and to repeal all laws

inconsistent herewith,"

 

by amending section 1 (MCL 393.51).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 1. That there This state shall continue to be maintained

 

maintain the institution located at Flint for educating the deaf,

 

and dumb, which shall be known as the Michigan school for the deaf.

[Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.]
