SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 1022

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 1064.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 1064. The bridge on highway M-64 over the Ontonagon river

in the township of Ontonagon shall be known as the "Ontonagon

County Veterans Memorial Bridge".
