SENATE BILL NO. 796
A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled
"The code of criminal procedure,"
by amending section 13e of chapter XVII (MCL 777.13e), as amended
by 2005 PA 81.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 CHAPTER XVII
2 Sec. 13e. This chapter applies to the following felonies
3 enumerated in chapter 324 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:

7 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
8 after the date it is enacted into law.
9 Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect
10 unless all of the following bills of the 97th Legislature are
11 enacted into law:
12 (a) Senate Bill No. 795.
13 (b) Senate Bill No. 797.
14 (c) Senate Bill No. 799.
15 (d) Senate Bill No. 800.
