SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4814

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 95.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 95. The bridge on highway US-24 in Monroe county between

North Custer road and South Custer road shall be known as the "Matt

Urban Memorial Bridge".
