SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4378

     A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled

"Occupational code,"

by repealing section 601a (MCL 339.601a).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Section 601a of the occupational code,

1980 PA 299, MCL 339.601a, is repealed.
