A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5438 AS INTRODUCED 3-17-14

The bill would amend the Driver Education Provider and Instructor Act to require classroom instruction in the Segment 1 curriculum to include information about the laws pertaining to bicycles and motorcycles and to emphasize awareness of their operation on the streets, roads, and highways of the state.
