A bill to amend 1976 PA 399, entitled
"Safe drinking water act,"
by amending section 23 (MCL 325.1023).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec.
23. This act shall not take effect unless House Bill No.
6251
of the 1976 regular session of the legislature is enacted into
law
is subject to part 14 of the
natural resources and
environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.1401 to
324.1429.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No. 939
of the 96th Legislature is enacted into law.
