A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled
"State license fee act,"
(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 19.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 19. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as
2 a licensed interior designer under article 28 of the occupational
3 code, MCL 339.2801 to 339.2819, are as follows:

(a) Application processing fee.................. $50.00 |

(b) License fee, per year....................... 70.00. |
6 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
7 unless Senate Bill No. 1325
8 of the 96th Legislature is enacted into law.
