A bill to amend 1972 PA 239, entitled
"McCauley-Traxler-Law-Bowman-McNeely lottery act,"
(MCL 432.1 to 432.47) by adding section 32a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 32a. Within 7 days after paying a prize of $1,000.00 or
more, the bureau shall notify the department of human services and
the unemployment insurance agency of the name of and other
available identifying information regarding the winner of the prize
and the amount of the prize.
