A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
(MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 552d.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 552d. This chapter is subject to section 2940a of the
revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.2940a.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5742(request no.
03693'11) of the 96th Legislature is enacted into law.
