A bill to amend 2011 PA 4, entitled
"Local government and school district fiscal accountability act,"
(MCL 141.1501 to 141.1531) by adding section 20c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 20c. An emergency manager does not have the power to
condemn property and shall not exercise the power of eminent
domain.
