SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 711

     A bill to amend 1972 PA 239, entitled

"McCauley-Traxler-Law-Bowman-McNeely lottery act,"

(MCL 432.1 to 432.47) by adding section 32a.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 32a. Within 7 days after paying a prize of $1,000.00 or

more, the bureau shall notify the department of human services of

the name of and other available identifying information regarding

the winner of the prize and the amount of the prize.
