"An act to create a consumers council; to define its powers and

duties; and to make an appropriation therefor,"

(MCL 445.821 to 445.829).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. 1966 PA 277, MCL 445.821 to 445.829, is

repealed.
