A bill to amend 1969 PA 162, entitled
"An act to establish a state-supported school of osteopathic
medicine; to establish and fix the membership of an advisory board
for the school; and to provide for its assignment to an established
4-year state institution of higher education,"
by repealing sections 2, 3, and 4 (MCL 390.662, 390.663, and
390.664).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Sections 2, 3, and 4 of 1969 PA 162, MCL
390.662, 390.663, and 390.664, are repealed.
