SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 5483

     A bill to amend 1971 PA 140, entitled

"Glenn Steil state revenue sharing act of 1971,"

(MCL 141.901 to 141.921) by adding section 17b.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 17b. A county, city, village, or township that receives

payment under this act shall comply with the requirements of the

Iran and other state sponsors of terror economic sanctions act.

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless House Bill No. 5479 of the 96th Legislature is enacted into

law.
