A bill to amend 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1, entitled
"Michigan employment security act,"
(MCL 421.1 to 421.75) by adding section 11a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 11a. An individual who testifies voluntarily before
another body concerning representations the individual made to the
unemployment agency pursuant to the administration of this act
waives any privilege under section 11 otherwise applying to the
individual's representations to the unemployment agency.
