SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4994

     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by repealing section 3111 (MCL 324.3111).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. (1) Section 3111 of the natural resources

and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.3111, is

repealed.

     (2) R 299.9001 to R 299.9008 of the Michigan administrative

code are rescinded.
