House Changes to Senate-Passed:
  1. Tobacco Tax Law Enforcement. The Senate included $3.0 million in tobacco tax revenue funding to increase enforcement efforts. The Governor and House did not include this funding. (3,000,000)
2. Fingerprint Fee Increase. The Governor and Senate included $3.0 million in restricted revenue from a proposed increase in fingerprint background check processing fees. The House did not include the revenue and supplanted it with GF/GP. 0
3. Various GF/GP Reductions. The House added additional line item reductions, including $44,800 to Special Maintenance and Utilities, $132,100 from Fire Investigation, $12,100 from Parole Absconder Sweeps, $99,900 from Mental Health Awareness Grant, and $143,900 from Traffic Services. (432,800)
4. IDG to Legislature. The House removed a federal Homeland Security grant intended for security upgrades for the Capitol Building. (200,000)
5. Grant to Michigan International Speedway. The House added an IDG grant of $200 from MEDC to pay for traffic control by the Department of State Police. 200
