A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled
"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"
(MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 43501a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 43501a. This part is subject to sections 499a and 509u of
the Michigan election law, 1954 PA 116, MCL 168.499a and 168.509u.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No. 438
of the 94th Legislature is enacted into law.
