CONTENT
The bill would amend Part 405 (Wildlife Restoration, Management, and Research) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to do the following:

-- Refer to regulations promulgated by the U.S. Secretary of the Interior, rather than rules and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture.
-- Refer to the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act, 16 USC 669 to 669i, rather than the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act.


The provision the bill would amend requires the Department of Natural Resources to perform actions necessary to conduct and establish wildlife restoration, management, and research projects and areas in cooperation with the Federal government under the Federal act and regulations.
