CONTENT
Article IX, Section 35, of the Michigan Constitution of 1963 requires that Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Board recommend projects to be funded from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund. In December 2006, the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Board recommended funding for 61 recreation projects and land acquisitions.


The bill would appropriate money from the Trust Fund for fiscal year 2006-07.

FISCAL IMPACT
The attached listing provides details regarding projects included in Senate Bill 675. The funding for the projects totals over $36.1 million.
