A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4865 AS INTRODUCED 5-29-07

This bill extends the sunset for the registration fee for securities brokers, agents and investment advisors, which was due to expire September 30, 2007, to September 30, 2012.

FISCAL IMPACT:
