The bill further provides the department with the authority to change the fee schedule by administrative rule.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The bill would increase Construction Code Fund revenue by approximately $1.2 million over the course of the next three fiscal years, barring any further changes to the fee schedule by the department through the promulgation of administrative rules.
