SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4312

     A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

"State license fee act,"

(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 19.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

Sec. 19. Fees for a person registered or seeking registration

as an interior designer under article 28 of the occupational code,

MCL 339.2801 to 339.2819, are as follows:

     (a) Application processing fee.......................... $50.00

     (b) Registration fee, per year..........................   70.00

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless House Bill No. 4311 of the 93rd Legislature is enacted into

law.
