A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5258 AS INTRODUCED 10-5-05

The bill would repeal Section 16 of the Michigan Economic and Social Opportunity Act of 1981, which would eliminate the ability of the Department of Human Services to promulgate rules under the act.
