A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5036 AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE

The bill would amend Public Act 358 of 1994, which regulates the possession of ferrets, to repeal the Department of Agriculture's rule-making authority to implement and enforce the act.
