The Committee on Banking and Financial Institutions reported
House Bill No.5026, entitled
A bill to regulate warranties on motor vehicle protection products; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state officers and entities; and to prescribe civil sanctions.
With the recommendation that the substitute (S-3) be adopted and that the bill then pass.
The committee further recommends that the bill be given immediate effect.
