ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5491

AN ACT to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled "An act to consolidate prior acts naming certain Michigan highways; to provide for the naming of certain highways; to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department; and to repeal acts and parts of acts and certain resolutions," (MCL 250.1001 to 250.1100) by adding section 1080.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 1080. The portion of highway I-94 beginning at exit 98 in Calhoun county and continuing east to exit 110 in Calhoun county shall be known as the "Underground Railroad Memorial Highway".

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 241 of the 92nd Legislature is enacted into law.

 

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
