A bill to amend 1975 PA 228, entitled
"Single business tax act,"
(MCL 208.1 to 208.145) by adding section 4d.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 4d. For tax years that begin after December 31, 2007,
2 compensation, for purposes of section 4(3), does not include the
3 100% of the payments under health and welfare and noninsured
4 benefit plans and payments of fees for the administration of
5 health and welfare and noninsured benefit plans by the taxpayer
6 in the tax year.
7 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take
8 effect unless all of the following bills of the 92nd Legislature
9 are enacted into law:
