A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
by amending section 17 (MCL 250.1017) and by adding section 69.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 17. (1) The portion of highway M-66 beginning at the
2 intersection with highway M-78 in Calhoun county and extending
3 north to the intersection with highway US-131 in Kalkaska county
4 shall be known as the "Green Arrow Route".
5 (2) The portion
of highway US-131 beginning at the border
6 between Michigan and
Indiana in St. Joseph county and extending
7 north to the
intersection with highway M-66 in Kalkaska county
8 shall be known as the
"Mackinac Trail".
9 (2) (3) The
portion of highway US-131 beginning at the
10 intersection with highway M-66 and extending north to the
11 intersection with highway US-31 and the portion of highway US-31
1 beginning at the intersection with highway US-131 and extending
2 north to the straits of Mackinac shall be known as the "Green
3 Arrow Route-Mackinac Trail".
4 Sec. 69. The portion of highway US-131 in Kent county shall
5 be known as the "Casimir Pulaski Way".
