                                                                             A bill to repeal 1903 LA 540, entitled                                            

"An act to establish a board of county auditors for the county of           

Saginaw and to prescribe their powers and duties.".                         

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1       Enacting section 1.  1903 LA 540 is repealed.
