A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4304 AS INTRODUCED 2-27-03

House Bill 4304 would amend a section of the Michigan Election Law dealing with electronic voting systems to require a certain size of typeface for the political party designation on election ballots.  The bill specifies that for partisan candidates, the typeface used to print the political party designation for each candidate listed on the ballot would have to be at least 12-point typeface or be at least the same size of the typeface used for the candidate’s name, whichever is smaller.
